Rentplus is an innovative affordable housing scheme providing real opportunities for people aspiring to move from renting to owning their home. In conjunction with our PR partners, Acceleris, we were tasked with coming up with a fresh new corporate identity for the scheme as well as a bespoke website and brochure.
As the campaign is aimed at aspiring young individuals we designed a range of marketing collateral that was fresh, modern and inspirational. Clever use of real life photography and hand drawn illustrations gives the branding and other collateral a 'friendly' but professional feel. We ensured the website responded to mobiles and tablets as we identified our key demographic would be viewing on these devices.
Since April the Rentplus site has attracted over 5,000 users over 81% of whom are new prospects. Of these, over 30% were in the 25 to 34 age range, which is the desired demographic for the campaign. 65% of the sessions were carried out from a mobile or tablet device.
